Gong Bao Ji Ding - (gongbaojiding 宫保鸡丁 - KungPao Chicken with peanuts)
A traditional Chinese recipe, chicken, peanuts, and hot peppers. Don't confused this with the westernized versions. This is a very tasty dish, especially if you like more authentic dishes.

Crazy Ceasar Salad - This is called "secret" ceasar salad dressing, but we call it crazy because of its strong flavor. If you like strong flavors, and garlic, you'll love this one. We modified the original recipe which called for 5 cloves of Garlic!

Cream of Mushroom Soup - This is the best cream of mushroom soup I've ever tried. I'll never go back to eating mushroom soup from a can. It only takes a little while to prepare!

Lime, Chilli and Garlic Prawns - Lime, Chilli and garlic prawns cooked on the BBQ, wok or frying pan. Looks yummerz!
